Itinerary
Arrival in Lima.
Meeting at the airport with a guide and transfer to hotel. After check in, the day is free of your leisure.
Breakfast at the hotel.
Our guide will pick you up at your hotel for a hald day city tour in city of Lima.
You will be able to see the main square of Lima, the Cathedral, the Presidential Palace, the Convent of San Francisco with beautiful cloisters and catacombs forever remain in your memory. We also drive through the modern elite districts of Lima and visit the romantic park with a statue of Love "Couples Andean lovers" and enjoy the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Overnight.

Transfer to the airport for your departure flight to Cusco. Arrival in Cusco, reception and transfer to the Hotel. Welcome Coca tea. Free time to adjust to the altitude. In the afternoon enjoy a tour of Cusco, the former capital city of the four regions that formed the Inca Empire. The tour includes highlights of the Colonial city such as the Cathedral, the Q’oricancha - an amazing example of the fusion of Incan and Western cultures, that was one of the most important temples in the Inca Empire - the Plaza de Armas and visit to the Inca ruins of Tambomachay, Kenko, Puca-Pucara and Sacsayhuaman’s gigantic zigzag-walled fortress. Overnight.
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from your hotel to train station. After arrival at the small town of Aguas Calientes, and finally a 30-minute bus ride up to Machu Picchu. Machu Picchu, an Inca city with a maze of fine stone temples, houses and fountains, is spectacularly situated on a ridge between two peaks. It was hidden by dense vegetation when Hiram Bingham discovered it in 1911. We include a guided tour. In the afternoon lunch and return to Cusco by train.

Transfer to the bus station. We take an all-day bus from Cusco to Puno. The route is scenically stunning, and there are stops at cultural sites such as Pikillaqta, the baroque church at Andahuaylillas, the Temple to Viracocha at Racqchi. Lunch at Sicuani. The bus climbs to the high pass of La Raya, at 4,200 meters, from here the scenery changes dramatically.
Arrival in Puno, reception and transfer to the hotel. Welcome Coca tea. Acclimatization. Overnight.

In the morning we take a short boat ride to visit the Uros Islands, the fames floating reed islands of Lake Titacaca. A unique feature of this part of the lake is the traditional settlement of Uros people on floating islands made entirely of reeds-the same material they use to build their canoes. The islanders also use totora reeds to make boats, and even as food. Although fishing is still an important activity, nowadays the inhabitants earn their living mainly through selling handicrafts to tourists. Return to Puno and transfer to the hotel.

Pick up from your hotel (Downtown of Puno). Tourist bus Puno - Copacabana. Shared tourist transportation Copacabana-La Paz. Continue the trip towards La Paz. You will be transferred from bus station to hotel with driver only.

This day you will have four hours tour discovering La Paz´s multiethnic and cultural character visiting Los Andes street to admire handy artisans manufacturing traditional garments and festivity costumes. Walk around the Witches Market to get acquainted of the mystical rituals and indigenous cosmos vision and see the enormous handicraft market. Continue the tour visiting San Francisco Church, the historical heritage district is around the main square of La Paz “Plaza Murillo”, walk around the Legislative Palace, the Government Palace and the Cathedral. Have a breathtaking view of La Paz at Killi Killi lookout. Later on, go around Miraflores district to see the Open Air Museum about the Tiwanaku Culture. The end of the tour represents visiting the southern residential districts of Obrajes, Calacoto and La Florida located very close to the Moon Valley where you will enjoy of a short walk. Return to the hotel.
Transfer out to airport with a driver for your flight to Uyuni.
Visit the train cemetery and the great Salt Flats and on the way pass by the town of Cochani where you will visit the local artisan plant where the salt is processed and learn how the salt is extracted from the Flats. From there you will visit the famous Hotel Palacio de Sal, the first hotel in the world to be constructed entirely of salt, named one of the most unusual hotels in the world by Newsweek (Japanese edition, May ‘98) and included in the TOP 10 for adventure tours by TRAVEL AND LEISURE (Nov. ’98). The Hotel Palacio de Sal is also included in “100 Hotels – Great Escapes” a Taschen Publication (Dec. 2000) and the magazine NOX refers to this hotel as one of the 6 most unusual hotels in the world. From the hotel you will proceed to the Incahuasi Island, also known as Fish Island where one can observe the giant cactus. Lunch is served on the Salt Flats. Then you will visit the 800 year old mummies of Coquesa and continue on to the small town of Tahua and accommodation at the Tayka de Sal Hotel. (Lunch, Dinner).
Departure towards “Ojo de Perdiz”, continuation to Cache lagoons; Chiarcota Lagoon Hedionda Lagoon, Cañapa Lagoon, Honda and Ramaditas. Box Lunch will be served on route. Arrival and accommodation at the Tayka del Desierto Hotel. (Breakfast, Box Lunch, Dinner).
After Breakfast, road trip to the Laguna Verde (Green Lagoon), on the way visit the “Laguna Colorada” (Red Lagoon) and side trips around the place to see the famous JAMES FLAMINGOS a species unique to the Andean region. You will see the Borax sediments commonly known as “The Perennial Ice” and the Sol de Mañana Geysers, visit the Chalviri Lagoon and the Polques hot springs. At convenient time transfer to Hito Cajón, transshipment and continuation to San Pedro de Atacama.
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to airport Calama for your flight to Santiago de Chile.

Breakfast at the hotel. You will have a city tour to the most interesting sites in Santiago, beginning with a general view of the city by driving halfway up San Cristobal Hill. Then, we continue to the historic downtown district, visiting Main Square, Cathedral, Post Office Headquarters, and Santiago City Hall. We will also see the Government House "La Moneda". Afterward, we will take you to East Santiago, where you may appreciate modern buildings, with offices, apartments, shopping centers and restaurants. Return to hotel and overnight.
Breakfast at the hotel. Full-day tour to Viña del Mar and Valparaiso, visiting Quinta Vergara Amphitheater, where the International Song Festival of Viña del Mar is held every year, San Martin Avenue, Peru Avenue, Sotomayor Square, El Peral Funicular, and Yugoslav Corridor. Return to Santiago and overnight.

OPTIONAL Extension to Easter Island (3 days/ 2 nights)
Day 1 Santiago de Chile – Easter Island
Flight from Santiago de Chile to Easter Island.
Welcome with fresh flower leis at Mataveri airport in Easter Island. Transfer to selected hotel. In the afternoon, excursion bordering Rano Kau, a dormant volcano located on the southwestern tip of the island. Inside the volcano there is a lake with abundant vegetation. We continue with a visit to the village and ceremonial temple of Orongo, where annual competitions were held to elect the chief of the island, the Tangata Manu (birdman). The tour ends with a visit to Ana Kai Tangata cave. Overnight.
Day 2 Easter Island

Visit to Tahai, located on the west side of the island and comprising three ahu or stone platforms that serve as the foundation for the moai: Ko Te Riku, Vai Uri, and Tahai. We continue towards the extinct volcano Rano Raraku and the quarry where the moai were made, and later enjoy lunch, picnic style. Near the volcano there is an ahu called Tongariki, the largest in Polynesia, with 15 restored statues. The tour continues with a visit to Te Pito Kura, where a destroyed platform contains the largest moai on Easter Island, currently lying on the ground. On one side of this ahu there is a large round stone known as the Energy Rock for its special magnetism. After visiting the last platform of Ahu Nau Nau, we finish our mystical journey in the beautiful Anakena beach. Return to hotel. Overnight.
Day 3 Easter Island – Santiago de Chile
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Mataveri airport for flight back to Santiago. End of our services.
