Overview

This trip has been graded as grade A, grade A trips are suitable for all clients with average health and fitness. No experience of any activity involved is necessary. Egypt can get hot, especially during our summer, which can cause discomfort whilst travelling. Care should be taken to drink a lot of bottled water. The hottest months tend to be June to September when temperatures can reach as high as 38 to 40 degrees in the South of the country. The hotels, cruise boat or Train that we use for our travelers are of a high standard.

Itinerary

Arrival to the land of the pharaohs. At Cairo international airport you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel on a modern a private air-conditioned vehicle for check-in. Overnight in Cairo.

8:00 AM Meeting then the day starts with a guided tour in Giza to visit the legendary majestic Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mykerionos to view these spectacular man-made monuments. Afterwards a tour of the great Sphinx; guarding the Royal Burial Chambers and temple of Kheops. we will have our Lunch and Then you will be transferredto the Egyptian Museum which is considered to be the most ancient museum in the world. You will have a guided tour inside to see the golden treasure of Tut-Ankh-Amun& a great gallery of statues & portraits and much more Then you will be transferred to Tahrir Square where the revolution of Egypt 2011.
At the end of the day you will be transferred back to your hotel & overnight.

8:00 AM Pick you up and begin your guided tour in Islamic Cairo - we start at the Citadel fortress with a visit to the Mohammed Ali Mosque (the alabaster mosque). The Citadel that was built by Salah-El-Din in the 12th Century and was the seat of power for the following 700 years. On the premises is the Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali, one of the landmarks of Cairo whose minaret can be seen from any part of the city. The Mohammed Ali mosque was built in Turkish style, very similar to the Blue Mosque in Turkey. Our next stop is in Coptic Cairo home of some of the oldest Christian churches in the world and retrace the steps where Mary and Joseph walked thousands of years ago. We will visit the Hanging Church, also known as El Muallaqa that was dedicated to the Virgin Mary and it was believed to have been built at the end of the 3rd century. Built on the outer wall you will see the Greek Church of St. George.

Finally a visit to Mausoleum of Imam Shafi, then to the most famous market ( Khan el khalili Market ) we will enjoy our coffee then walking at the area to discover more of Egypt and drink the best Coffee at the oldest coffee shops there ,and also a visit to Al-Azhar Mosque and university.
At the end of the day you will be transferred back to your hotel & overnight

6:00 AM Following breakfast & check out of the hotel, you will be transferred by private A/C car to Sharm El-Sheikh ( around 6 hours ) check in your hotel there.The rest of the days will be free to practice any of your activities on the beach such as swimming, snorkeling or diving, overnight in your hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh.

Half Day on the beach
11:00 AM Check out of the hotel, then you will be transferred by private A/C car toMount Sinai arrival Mount Sinai then check in your hotel there.

1:00 AM your day will start with a climb on Mount Sinai at Gebel Muse,where the prophet Moses received the Ten Commandments – around 2,285 meters to experience the sun rise. Then depart down the mountain for visiting the Monastery (If opens).
After lunch checkout then you will be transferred by private A/C car back to Cairo to check in your hotel & overnight in Cairo.

From your hotel then you will be transferred to Cairo airport for your flight!!! And remember the famous Egyptian saying The one who drinks the water of the Nile, is sure to return again one day…
